The full story
A hundred and forty-five moves, and the two players couldn't have drafted more differently. White brought a builder kit: Pengu Blast, Chaos Summon, Parkour Mech. Make pieces, upgrade pieces, and eventually put part of the board on a timer. Black went for disruption: Bis-Hop, three Imposter casts, and one Plasma Beam waiting for the right moment.
Black came out swinging. Two Imposters in three turns swapped pieces across the board and scrambled White's setup. It worked, but it was expensive. Black burned most of their mana early while White kept saving.
Then White's plan slowly took over. Chaos Summon dropped reinforcements on d3 and c4. Parkour Mech turned two ordinary pawns into knights. Four casts, four permanent upgrades. Meanwhile Black's Bis-Hop never fired once, six casts unused, and the Plasma Beam never left the holster.
The ending got loud. At move 139, White planted three connected bombs on the b-file, set to blow in five rounds. The countdown ticked 5, 4, 3, 2... and never reached zero. On move 145, White's rook took f8 and captured the Black king outright. Game over, with the fuses still burning.
